Directions for Use: 
Put (2) two to (3) three drops of IPI Manzanilla on your palm and rub your hands together until hands became warm then apply it on the baby’s stomach, you may also apply it to his/her chest, head, arms, legs and feet while doing a massage to your baby (or depending on what discomfort baby/child is experiencing).
